Gary’s Seasoned Chicken
I had a chance to try out Gary’s Seasoning this past weekend. Gary’s Seasoning is an all purpose seasoning that works well with just about everything. Below is a simple roasted chicken that I prepared with it. The chicken had nice flavor. I also served some chopped broccoli on the side that I seasoned with butter and some Gary’s Seasoning. [Please excuse my blurry photo :-p]
2 lbs. split chicken breast w/ bone
1-2 tablespoons Gary’s Seasoning
olive oil
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts, skin side up. Drizzle each piece with a little olive oil, then rub each piece with a generous amount of Gary’s Seasoning. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
