Write and submit articles.

Write and submit articles. It is a classic, but it works. This will be indefinite traffic stuck in the search engines for you. Write quality unique articles, not articles that are rehashed or provide no insight to readers, which is a huge problem these days.

Article marketing of course is the process of writing and submitting articles that answer questions related to your website topic. Article marketing generates the highest quality traffic of approximately 25 different traffic sources, which I have personally tested.

First of all, why is article marketing produce the highest quality traffic? I personally believe that the reason article marketing produces highest quality traffic of all the traffic I have tested is that when someone reads an article and subsequently clicks into my website, they have a specific desire to be at my website. Now it is important that the team of my article is consistent with the landing page where I send the visitor from the article.

So the bottom line is article marketing produces for me. My highest paying, and best producing, most responsive subscribers in website traffic.

So how do I do it? The first step is to write articles, just like this one on topics related to my website themes. The second step is I include a link back to my website, along with a compelling offer and reason for someone to click on my link, in my articles.

Recently upgraded to WordPress 2.1 and pondering the WYSIWYG editor? Did you know there are more options there than what you first see? Me neither! But, thanks to “codeispoetry” in this support thread, I do now.

Go from this:

Basic toolbars

to this:

Advanced toolbar

Just hit alt-shift-v (Firefox) or alt-v (IE) to toggle it.

(Not seeing either of those? Visit Users → Your Profile and make sure that “Use the visual editor when writing” is checked. Still having problems? Visit the WordPress support forums.)

Pasting from word processors just became a whole lot easier. Two of the new buttons are “Paste as Plain Text” and “Paste from Word.” Nice for those who use such things. I like the custom character thing too. Now I can easily add ∞ whenever I need it…

Time Stamping Your Posts

Write 5 posts a day with 3 or 4 hours brakes, how ? The answer is timestamp with WordPress. Wrote all posts at once, then timestamp them. John Chow writes about it. It is easy, “Using the timestamp is extremely easy. Just write your post like normal but instead of hitting Publish, you edit the timestamp for the time you want to post to goes live, then hit publish. Your post won’t be on the blog front page until that time comes”.
